My services run the gamut from executive coaching and business planning to sales forecasting and food safety audits. The strategic counsel I proved is best suited for executives and owner/operators, though I’m equally adept at facilitating teams of every size.

I’m a proven expert in many food and beverage categories including Perishables and Frozen. Plus, I’ve managed all major grocery sales channels including club and military. I possess deep knowledge in Plant-Based Foods, Organic Tea and Coffee, spring Water, Dietary Supplements, and the Organic Dairy sector.

I’m available to personally execute a plan or project if it’s the best solution for your business needs and resources. I take long-term contracts and anything is up for discussion. The objective is to identify the pathways that will move your product or company from its current reality to the bright and bold future you envision for it.


Process

We begin with an introductory phone call that may last an hour or more so I can better understand your goals and answer your questions. There may be some email correspondence between us and requests from me for background information or financials. I’m happy to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement at this stage. There is no charge for my time during this introductory process, and I will often know in short order if I’m the right person to help you. At this point we decide together to move to the proposal stage (or not) to determine project costs and fee structure.


Fees

The formal proposal will detail your project deliverables and estimated fee structure, including any projected travel and expenses. I do my best to work with your budget and create a mutually agreeable plan. If you agree to the proposal, then I will forward you a consulting agreement that outlines the proposed services, payment terms, and any agreed upon milestones. If you choose to sign the agreement and make a deposit payment, then we get busy and move forward.
